$140 per person

A $50 deposit per person is due at the time of registration.

Deposits are refunded up to two weeks prior to Summer Seminar.

Do not make nonrefundable airline reservations until Seminar reservations have been confirmed by the Reservation Office.


$65 per person

Meal plan is available for delegates whether staying on or off campus.

Cost includes Tuesday dinner through Friday lunch.

Residence Hall Housing


$40 per person

Shared housing is a double occupancy residence hall room (twin beds only) with bath shared by adjacent room.


$40 per person

A limited number of residence hall rooms are available for married couples (private bath; twin beds).


$70 per person

Private residence hall rooms (twin beds only) with bath shared by adjacent room are available upon request.

Returning Delegate

Free Room & Board

Delegates who have previously attended Summer Seminar pay $140 and receive shared residence hall accommodations (Tues.–Thurs. nights) and meals during Seminar ($105 savings).


Save $125 each

Schools which bring more than 10 delegates who stay in our residence halls and eat meals on campus will save $125 on the combined cost of tuition, shared residence hall housing, and meals for those delegates above 10 (that is, delegates 11, 12, etc., save $125 each).

Payment for online registration is by credit card. If you choose to apply by phone, we can accept credit card information at that time, or you may mail a check after making phone reservations.

There is a $25 charge for all checks returned to us by your bank for any reason. We are unable to accept postdated checks.

If you need to make any changes, please call the Reservation Office by Wednesday, July 18, 2018. Changes after this date will be handled at check-in.


Residence Hall Housing

Please bring twin sheets, blanket, pillow, towels, toiletry items, alarm clock, and hangers.

Residence Halls are open for delegates at 12 noon on Tuesday and close at 3 p.m. on Friday.

Air-conditioned rooms have two sets of twin bunk beds and an adjoining bath.

Accommodations can be made for your delegates to room together; however, last-minute changes may affect availability.

A limited quantity of linens will be available to rent for international delegates only on a first-come, first-served basis.

An early arrival fee of $40 per person applies to all residence hall delegates who arrive on Monday; meals are included. (See more information about early arrival.)

Delegates who arrive after 9 p.m. will need to make other arrangements off campus for the night.

Campus House

The 28-room Campus House, located directly adjacent to the campus, is open 365 days a year. Choose the comfort of king- or queen-size beds (all linens provided).

The cost is $68.99–$137.98 per room per night (including sales tax) for single or double occupancy. A deposit isn’t required, but we’ll ask for your credit or debit card number to reserve your room.
